A reported new pay-per-view event from AEW may already have a location in place.
According to Fightful Select, Montreal, Quebec, is expected to host the rumoured ‘Redemption’ event, with the show likely scheduled for July, a month that currently has no AEW pay-per-view on the calendar.
While a venue has not been confirmed, the Bell Centre is seen as the most likely option given the scale of the event. Potential dates include July 18 or July 19, with AEW already set to run shows in Boston the week prior.
AEW Looks Set To Expand PPV Schedule To 10 With Rumoured Redemption
Initial reports of the ‘Redemption’ pay-per-view surfaced earlier this month, with the addition of the event set to mark a significant milestone for AEW’s schedule. If confirmed, the show would bring AEW’s annual pay-per-view total to ten for the first time, continuing a steady expansion from three events in 2019 to nine across both 2024 and 2025.
