The lineup for tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite is confirmed, with four matches announced for the show.
AEW Dynamite returns tonight, September 16, 2026, with Chris Jericho facing Nick Wayne one-on-one, along with two major multi-man matches among the advertised bouts. Tonight’s show will air live on TBS in the U.S. and on MyAEW.com internationally from the Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia.
Jericho and Wayne will meet in singles competition following their confrontation on Collision. Jericho raised Wayne’s hand after his victory over Komander, then suddenly dropped him with the Judas Effect. Tonight, Wayne will have the opportunity to respond when the pair meet inside the ring.
AEW Dynamite Lineup For September 16
AEW World Champion Will Ospreay will also be in action as he joins Andrade El Idolo and Francesco Akira to face the Death Riders. Jon Moxley, Gabe Kidd and Pac will represent the Death Riders in the six-man tag team match.
Jamie Hayter is also scheduled for singles competition against Lena Kross.
The fourth match announced for Dynamite will feature eight wrestlers in tag team action. Christian Cage and Adam Copeland will join forces with Darby Allin and Steven Borden to take on FTR’s Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood, Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight.
