AEW Collision experienced a notable ratings drop on Saturday night, with the weekly TNT broadcast facing stiff competition across the sports landscape.
According to available ratings data, the February 28 episode of AEW Collision averaged 365,000 viewers on TNT, representing a 22.3 per cent decrease from the previous week’s broadcast.
The total marks the lowest audience reported for the show since January 24, prior to Nielsen’s latest adjustments to its ratings methodology using the Big Data + Panel measurement system.
In the key 18–49 demographic, the programme recorded a 0.06 rating, down 25 per cent compared to the previous week. The figure also represents the lowest rating for the show in that category since the January 24 episode.
AEW Collision Faced Huge Competition On Saturday Night
Saturday night’s AEW Collision broadcast faced heavy competition from multiple major sporting events. Among the competing programming was an NBA game on ESPN, college basketball on CBS, and WWE’s Elimination Chamber event, which streamed live on ESPN+.
Despite the week-to-week decline, the year-over-year comparison tells a different story. Compared with the same week in 2025, overall viewership for Collision was up 30.4 per cent, while the 18–49 rating remained unchanged.

This week’s episode, therefore, finished 1.8 per cent above the recent average in total viewers and 20 per cent higher in the key demographic.
