WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Valiant, 83, has announced he will have his final match at “Boogie’s Last Dance” in South Carolina, marking the end of a 62-year career. Valiant said he is “honoured” to retire after wrestling across seven decades, with over 15,000 matches to his name.

Johnny Gargano has qualified for Stand & Deliver after winning a gauntlet match on WWE NXT, pinning Shiloh Hill following outside interference and encouragement from Candice LeRae. He will now challenge Myles Borne for the NXT North American Championship as his recent storyline struggles continue.
WWE SmackDown drew 1.439 million viewers and a 0.32 rating in the 18-49 demo on Friday, marking its highest audience since February 6 despite strong competition from NCAA Tournament coverage. While viewership was slightly down year-over-year, the show performed well above recent averages and was the top-rated non-basketball programme on television.
