Its time for another episode of TNA iMPACT and tonight’s show will be the start of the tournament to crown a new Digital Media Champion at next weeks Unbreakable show. We have Mance Warner taking on AJ Francis and Sami Callihan. We also have  Steve Maclin taking on  Eddie Edwards along with Leon Slater going 1:1 with Ryan Nemeth. With all this and so much more let’s get straight to the action.

Page and Kazarian face-off

Page talks about how he’s back in TNA and says this is where “All Ego” started. . Page says that he’s going to beat Joe and bring the TNA World Title to NXT. Frankie Kazarian is out and says that Page is back at HIS company, taking HIS spot. Kaz says that he has never liked Page and reminds him that he in fact is the king of TNA. Page says that Kaz is just mad that he’s going to win the title, but Kaz says he’s going to walk into Rebellion as the top guy and leave as champion. Santino is out and says that Joe Hendry will be out tonight and has an announcement about Unbreakable that will affect both Page and Kaz.

Gia Miller is in the back with Steve Maclin. Maclin says he’s going to hit Eddie with a KIA and knows that the System will be there but he will handle them. Eric Young walks up and says that they’ll have Steve’s back no matter what. Maclin says he doesn’t want them to.

Mustafa Ali (w/The Great Hands & Tasha Steelz) vs Ace Austin

The Great Hands get involved and give Ali the momentum. Austin takes out The Great Hands and Ali grabs a chair and uses it to cause a DQ in a quick match.

Winner: Ace Austin via DQ

After the match, Ali wanted to keep attacking Austin with a chair, but Mike Santana makes the save and gives John Skyler a Joyride. In the back, Ali, Skyler, Hotch and Steelz are trying to make an escape and arre able to reach their car safely, but the driver is actually Mike Santana and the car just takes off.

(X-Division Champion) Moose (c) vs Cody Deaner

Deaner is out and JDC is also out and says he didn’t even know he still worked there. JDC then offers Deaner a spot in The System. Deaner says he’s got 4 kids and needs to think about them then asks the crowd what he should do and the crowd boos. Deaner then says he is going to beat Moose and win the title. Moose says he can have a shot at the title if he can last 2 minutes with him. The match starts, and Deaner lasts the two minutes, so the match becomes a title match. Once the title match starts, Moose Spears Deaner for the win.

Winner: AND STILL X-Division Champion, Moose

After the match, The System looks to keep beating up Deaner, but The Rascalz are out for the save and this leads us into the next match.

The System (JDC & Brian Myers) VS The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz)

Another fast-paced match, but it wasn’t too long before Myers does what Myers does and cheats a bit, but The Rascalz come right back up. JDC with the save and help to let Myers pin Trey Miguel.

Winners: The System (JDC & Brian Myers)

NA International Championship Tournament: AJ Francis (w/ KC Navarro) vs Mance Warner (w/ Steph De Lander) vs Sami Callihan 

Typical 3-way match and De Lander obviously helps Warner. Callihan tries to get the momentum shifted for him. Callihan literally tried to give Warner a paper cut in between his fingers. The two then grab chairs and go back and forth with them, but Francis hits TFL while the two are too focused on each other.

Wiiner: AJ Francis

In the back, Sami Callihan is upset and Santino Marella approaches him and says that he will face Mance Warner in Barbed Wire Massacre at Unbreakable.

Leon Slater vs Ryan Nemeth

Slater hits his Twist of Slate (Twist of Fate) and hits his 450 Swanton Bomb to take out Nemeth.

Winner: Leon Slater

Mike Santana has John Skyler of The Great Hands tied up and Skyler cries and begs. Santana tells him Ali doesn’t care about him at all and says that he will also take out Ali and his people starting with him. Santana stands up with a shovel and winds up to bash Skyler’s head in, but Santana stops in mid-swing and reminds Skyler that Ali doesn’t care about him.

Eddie Edwards w/ Alisha Edwards vs Steve Maclin

Alisha Edwards got involved at ringside, which allowed Eddie to hit a Blue Thunder Bomb. This wasn’t enough as Maclin makes a comeback and hits a Crosshairs on Eddie. The System run out along with Northern Armory. Eddie is able to sneak in a Boston Knee Party to win the match. 

Winner: Eddie Edwards

After the match, Eric Young made Steve Maclin one final offer to join The Northern Armory.

Joe Hendry talks injury

Joe Hendry says that last week he injured himself after the brawl with Frankie Kazarian and Elijah last week. Hendry says that the medical team has advised him not to defend the TNA World Championship at Rebellion against Frankie Kazarian and Ethan Page. Frankie Kazarian is out and says that he can’t wait to beat up an injured Joe Hendry. It is then announced that at Unbreakable, it will be TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich vs. Frankie Kazarian and Tessa Blanchard. Seems Hendry can still go!
