Queen of the Ring’s box office run is tapping out in more ways than one.
During its opening weekend the film made just $380,000. Since that time the film has only generated another $175,000.
Its total North American box office haul now sits at $555,000.
On average, the film has made $672.73 per theater so far.
During their second week most films’ earnings drop 50 to 60%.
After appearing in 15th spot on the domestic charts during its opening weekend the Mildred Burke biopic has now completely disappeared off the chart which lists the top 28 movies of the week.
This weekend’s box office earnings overall were incredibly weak with Mickey 17 finishing in first place, Novocaine opening in second and Black Bag in third. Novocaine took home 8.7 million and Black Bag, 7.5 million.
As of now, the production budget for the Queen of the Ring has not been publicly disclosed and it is likely the film will be pulled from theatres this week.
