Leah Van Dale (Carmella) has released a preview of her interview with the KILLR Podcast Network. In it, she takes aim at the WWE. KILLR Podcast was created by reality TV personality Kailyn Lowry and its demographic is largely female.
Van Dale stated it wasn’t her desire to leave WWE and she accuses WWE of treating her differently because she is a woman and had a baby in the interview.
“I feel like I am being punished because I had a baby,” she says.
“It is just a shitty way to end a 12 year career with the company. That this is how it ended,” she also says in the preview.
She revealed that she got a call stating that her contract was up and the WWE wouldn’t be resigning her. Meanwhile, her husband, Cory Graves, remains with the company. Van Dale claims the WWE ‘ghosted’ her during her time off.
“Why wasn’t I given an opportunity somewhere else?” she asks.
Van Dale claims she wouldn’t go back to the WWE now because it is clear they don’t want her there.
The full episode drops Thursday at 8 PM ET on Patreon and will be available to everyone on Friday.
