Tiffany Stratton and Trish Status were simply preparing themselves for their upcoming Team Team match at the Elimination Chamber tomorrow when Chelsea Green and Piper Niven showed up. Honestly speaking, I’m waiting for Niven to stop being Green’s national security guard because it’s getting ridiculous. Anyway, Stratton and Stratus instigated a beatdown between Tiffy and Chelsea, much to Green’s dismay as she ordered Nick Aldis to not sanction it. Ha! He knows what we want, so he will.

Tiffany Stratton vs. Chelsea Green

Stratton had Green on the run with those clotheslines to the throat of the delusional Women’s US Champion. She planted Chelsea with a power slam that nearly got her the victory if Green hadn’t kicked out. So, Stratton connected with a rolling slam and a massive stomp to the chest. Tiffy had Chelsea pegged and was preparing for the Prettiest Moonsault until Piper pulled Green out of the ring.

Stratus saw this and drove Niven’s head against the apron, so Stratton could perform an effective Swanton from the top. Tiffy was going for her Moonsault again when she noticed Candice LeRae and Nia Jax pouncing on Trish, so she naturally got involved resulting in a disqualification. Even after the bell, Jax and LeRae continued to soften up their challengers. Stratus and Stratton fought back, sending them out the ring.

Winner: No one

There was supposed to be a Tag Team match involving the Street Profits and Los Garza, but I do like a good out of nowhere brawl as DIY enter the mix. All three Tag Teams engaged in brutal fisticuffs. Even Pretty Deadly joined in at some point knowing they also have beef with those on stage. I was kind of surprised when the Motor City Machine Guns were throwing hands, too. Ha! Wow. It was a beautiful mess I happily enjoyed all of it. Security was useless as usual.

Jacob Fatu vs. Andrade – US Championship No. 1 Contender’s match

For a moment, Fatu had Andrade reeling, but El Edolo struck back by flipping the Samoan Werewolf on his face. A collision mid-ring momentarily stopped any movement from continuing. Andrade was the first to his feet as he was lining Jacob up for the Meteora. Unfortunately, Fatu stopped him cold with a rapid shoulder tackle that turned Andrade inside out.

Lucky for Andrade, he moved out of an incoming hip attack and delivered a step-up enziguri to the side of Fatu’s head. He tried again and succeded with the Meteora, yet that Moonsault didn’t keep Fatu down. It was good enough for Jacob to squish Andrade with his entire weight. He assaulted El Edolo with two running hip attacks, a spine Impaler DDT and finally, a destroying Moonsault to qualify.

Winner: Jacob Fatu

Tonight just kept getting better as Drew McIntyre arrived to say some things about John Cena after he declared that he’ll be in the Elimination Chamber without having to be included in a match to qualify like the rest of the contestants. Why is Logan Paul there?? Please, someone answer me that question.

Anyway before I go too far on my rant, let’s go back to McIntyre. He roasted Cena as “what would past Cena say to his current self” kind of insertion. Drew is pissy about John leaving the company and then coming back for “ego trips” and the bald spot on his head that I’ve been wondering myself, why hasn’t he resolved that yet? Things become even more heated when Damian Priest, Seth Rollins and CM Punk get into a spitting war prior to tomorrow. I laughed when Rollins called Punk “sir” of all things.

Logan Paul had my blood, my brain, my godforsaken eyes boiling because he tricked everyone into believing that John Cena was here by coming out to Cena’s music. He’s an appalling man… or better yet, an appalling man-child. The worst kind there is. Priest, Punk, Rollins and McIntyre were just as disgusted as I was. Literally ever time Logan talks, everyone is bored rather than insulted. Which shows how his clap backs have no real effect.

LA Knight vs. Santos Escobar – US Championship No. 1 Contender’s match

Escobar had Knight in the corner of the ring for a few seconds until he was pushed back. He did managed to take LA Knight down and wasted his time flexing instead of capitalizing, which is exactly what the Megastar did. Escobar thwarted Knight’s efforts by getting out of dodge and delivering a Super Kick to the jaw of his opponent. Now a chop party ensued, then it turned into a kicking match mostly favoring Santos.

Knight nearly pinned Escobar after that surprised neck breaker from behind. Santos retaliated with a super Huricanrana from the top, sending Knight flying and crashing hard on the mat. Escobar thought he had his challenger beat, yet LA Knight caught Santos with a BFT in mid-air to advance to tonight’s Triple Threat match.

Winner: LA Knight

Braun Strowman vs. Carmelo Hayes – US Championship No. 1 Contender’s match

In the early goings, Braun’s massiveness overwhelmed Hayes, throwing him around the ring as easily as pillows at a slumber party. Strowman bulldozed Carmelo on the main floor, he was doing well. What I didn’t understand was the presence of both Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga. Sikoa tried to hit Strowman with a chair while Tama had the official distracted. Since the chair attack didn’t work, Tonga went after Braun, who threw him over the commentary desk. Ha!

And if things weren’t going sideways for Braun already, Carmelo used Eddie Guerrero’s “Lie, cheat and steal” tactic by pretending that Strowman hit him with a chair in order to advance. That damn referee really fell for that one…

Winner: Carmelo Hayes

Before their Unsanctioned match tomorrow, Sami Zayn invited Kevin Owens to the ring, so they say their final peace. The problem is, Owens decided to speak his truth from a completely different arena in Toronto, at least. The Roger Centre. He claimed that he stayed away because he’s afraid something might happen to Sami’s neck if they stood in the same ring. Despite all this, Zayn is prepared to end Owens.

During a Six-Woman Tag Team match where Naomi, Bayley and Bianca Belair engaged in a fight with Roxanne Perez, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, Perez was able to score a victory for her team. The wrong team… Alas, Alexa Bliss unleashed an abrupt assault on Roxanne with Sister Abigail.

LA Knight vs. Jacob Fatu vs. Carmelo Hayes – US Championship Triple Threat No. 1 Contender’s match

Fatu missed with a Senton on Hayes as Melo caught him with a springboard DDT that barely phased the Samoan Werewolf. He laughed at that attempt. LA Knight capitalized with a jumping neck breaker on Jacob, since that wasn’t enough, he and Hayes temporarily teamed up only for that to backfire as quickly as it was formed. Carmelo caught Fatu and Knight with the First 48, then got frustrated that it didn’t end the match.

Jacob was outside when LA Knight threw Hayes at him. He stumbled a little as Carmelo came crashing down on him, luckily, he rectified it by tossing Hayes into the stairs. The Megastar flew with a springboard crossbody onto Fatu as they land on the commentary table. Just as Carmelo had LA Knight with Nothing but Net, Jacob interrupted with a Swanton. He did most of the work to neutralize Hayes, but it was LA Knight’s quickness to pull Fatu out of the cover, so he could face Shinsuke Nakamura for the US Championship again.

Winner: LA Knight

The Rock has been doing everything he can to make Cody Rhodes accepts his offer of last week. Selling his soul. Rhodes was actually considering it while people like McIntyre, The Miz, R-Truth and Punk added their thoughts on the matter. The final decision for Rhodes to make is a tough one, Rock wasn’t making it any easier by gifting the American Nightmare a custom-made car with his name logo on it. Dwayne trusted that Cody will do the right thing, however, that could be declining the offer, too. What stopped me in my tracks was the belt The Rock has been wearing all week labelled “Cody Rhodes’ Soul, June 11, 2015” the date being his father’s death… that actually scared me.

Tomorrow we’ll be enjoying the Women’s Elimination Chamber with challengers like Naomi, Liv Morgan, Roxanne Perez, Bayley, Alexa Bliss and Bianca Belair. On the men’s side, we have John Cena, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Damian Priest, Drew McIntyre and… Logan Paul. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn meet in their matchup while Tiffany Stratton and Trish Status face off against Candice LeRae and Nia Jax. Have fun everyone!
