Greetings and salutations! It’s a snowy night here in Toronto but things are red hot in Cedar Park Texas as AEW Dynamite emanates from the HEB Center. We are days away from Grand Slam Australia and on this weeks show we will see the following:

With all of this and more, let’s get to the action.


The show starts with a shot of many appearing tonight including The Hurt Syndicate, MJF,  Dustin Rhodes, and Megan Bayne.

Max Caster was in the ring and says that he is the best wrestler alive. Caster has an open challenge and continues to say that he ended the runs of Anthony Bowens and Billy Gunn. Well, if you watched last week then it won’t be a huge shock who answered the call. Caster tries to hide in the crowd, but Page chases him back into the ring.


Max Caster vs ‘Hangman’ Adam Page

Caster tries to attack Page, but Page with a huge Clothesline that leads to a Buckshot Lariat for the win in a squash match.

Winner: ‘Hangman’ Adam Page


We get a video recapping last week’s main event of Ricochet versus Swerve Strickland. Renee Paquette is with Prince Nana and Swerve. Swerve says that he is not done with Ricochet. Prince Nana is upset as Swerve is not concerning himself with getting the AEW Title back.


AEW Trios Championship Match: The Death Riders (Pac & Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli) versus The Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole & Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly)

The Death Riders cleared O’Reilly and Cole from the ring apron and singled out Strong and kept him to their side of the ring. Strong and Yuta go at it, but Strong is able to break free and get the hot tag to Adam Cole. Cole is in and takes Castagnoli and Pac off the apron, and delivered a big knee strike to Wheeler Yuta.

Pac tags in and jumps right into a Superkick from Cole. The Undisputed Kingdom with a triple team knee to Pac. Yuta continues to eat huge shots and knees. O’Reilly locks in an Ankle Lock on Yuta. Claudio grabbed a chair, which ended up distracting Rick Knox. Wheeler with a low blow to O’Reilly as the ref is distracted and the Death Riders get the win.

Winners: and still AEW Trios Champions, The Death Riders (Pac & Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli)

After the match, The Death Riders continued to attack the Undisputed Kingdom until Daniel Garcia, and 2.0 make the save. Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir are running backstage until Jay White and Adam Copeland shove them into a room and use a bolt cutters to steal the briefcase that was chained to the wrist of Marina Shafir.


Renee Paquette chats with MJF. MJF says that Texas isn’t a real state and Dustin Rhodes isn’t a real man. MJF then tells Rhodes to get on his knees and pray because the paint won’t be able to hide the shame on his face when he’s done with him. Hangman Page shows up and says it’s his time to talk. MJF is not happy and tells Page that after he beats Dustin Rhodes tonight he’s gonna do what he hasn’t been able to do and that’s become a two-time AEW World Champion.


Samoa Joe & Hook & Katsuyori Shibata vs. Jon Cruz & Aaron Solo & Grillo

Samoa Joe hit a Muscle Buster on John Cruz in under a minute.

Winners: Samoa Joe & Hook & Katsuyori Shibata

After the match, Samoa Joe says their trio is called “The Ops” and that they are brothers that bring the violence wherever they go. Joe says they want The Patriarchy next week on Dynamite.


Renee Paquette is with Chris Jericho. Jericho says Keith failed to cash in on the bounty for Bandido, but he failed. Jericho says he’s going to make this a teachable moment and he’ll cash in on the bounty himself.

Willow Nightingale was interviewed backstage, but Marina Shafir attacks her. Jon Moxley appears and tells Adam Cole and Jay White that they were dead men walking…


Chris Jericho vs. Bandido

Jericho and Bandido have a duo and walk 10 paces, but Keith attacks Bandido to put a quick end to this showdown. The Outrunners and Powerhouse Hobbs make the save and Hobbs stops Big Bill from chokeslamming Bandido.

Winner: No Contest


Jay White and Cope are backstage. White says its important that Mox makes it to Australia for their match this weekend. Cope says if Mox wants his briefcase back he needs to meet them in the ring at the end of the night….


MJF vs. Dustin Rhodes

Dustin rolls through to escape a Salt of the Earth armbar. Rhodes with a Cross Rhodes for a near fall. We get an exchange of pins for a bit. MJF delivers a Piledriver to Rhodes. MJF is clearly frustrated and brings a chair into the ring. MJF wrapped the chair around Dustin’s arm, but the referee pulled the chair away. MJF is in the corner and after Dustin hits the ropes, MJF is set up and feels the wrath of a Shattered Dreams.

Rhodes with a Final Reckoning. Moments later MJF played possum hits a Final Reckoning of his own, followed by a Salt of the Earth. MJF then locks in a Crossface that causes Rhodes to pass out to give MJF the win.

Winner: MJF

After the match, MJF continues to attack Dustin Rhodes’ arm until Hangman Page makes the save. Page and MJF go face to face, but MJF pretends to back off until he attacks Page. Security comes out to separate them , but the two men continue to go at it. Page and MJF fight into the crowd and try to toss each other off the balcony. Security is back and Page moved backstage, whiile MJF goes to the ring and takes a mic. MJF says he’s ready to go but Hangman is a gutless coward. Page is back and tackles MJF to the ground as security has to separate them once more.

Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana are interviewed backstage. Nana wants Swerve to focus on the AEW World Championship. Swerve wants revenge on Ricochet.


Megan Bayne vs. Maya World

Both women ran the ropes, and Bayne with a Bear Hug followed by a Suplex. World with some punches, but Bayne with a Overhead Suplex. Bayne with a jumping Clothesline, followed by an F5 for the win.

Winner: Megan Bayne

After the match, Kris Statlander made her entrance and started down Megan Bayne as they crossed paths. This leads us right into the next match….


Penelope Ford vs. Kris Statlander

Ford with a big boot in the corner, followed by a neckbreaker for a 2 count. Ford climbed to the second rope, but Statlander pulled her off the turnbuckle, and then hits a Stunner. Statlander comes right back with a German Suplex for a near fall of her own. Statlander picked up Ford, but Ford hits a Poisonrana. Ford tries to keep her momentum, but Statlander gets out of a move and hits a Wednesday Night Fever for the win.

Winner: Kris Statlander

After the match, Megan Bayne comes out takes out Statlander.


We get Puppet Mone again, but after a few scenes of said puppet, Cameron got serious and is very read to win the TBS Championship this weekend at Australia Grand Slam.


AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Hurt Syndicate (w/ MVP) (c) vs. The Gunn Club

Lashley grabbed Colten’s ankle from the floor, and all hell breaks loose as its Pandemonium 2025. With all four competitors in the ring, the Gunns take control and hit an assisted blockbuster on Lashley. Colten with a Fameasser on Benjamin for a 2.9 count. They set up for 3:10 to Yuma on Lashley, but Benjamin comes in and kicks them. Benjamin gets Colten out of the ring, and now Lashley hits a huge Spear on Austin for the win.

Winners: The Hurt Syndicate

After the match, Brian Cage and Lance Archer came out onto the stage to stare down The Hurt Syndicate to show them and the world that they are the next in line (to lose) against The Hurt Syndicate.


Cope and White have the Briefcase

Jay White and Cope are out with the briefcase. Cope says the AEW Championship has been hidden inside the briefcase for far too long. Copeland goes under the ring and takes out the spiked 2×4. Cope says if Mox doesn’t come out here and accept his challenge for Revolution, he’s going to smash the briefcase to take the AEW World Championship for himself. Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir come through the crowd and Moxley says Cope doesn’t know jack about the AEW World Championship. Mox reminds everyone that he is the protector of the AEW Championship. Mox then promises to break Cope’s neck this weekend in Australia, but also reluctantly agrees to the title match at Revolution. Cope is happy and still tries to break the briefcase, but The Death Riders attack him and White. White and Cope are able to fend them off and White says at Grand Slam they’re going to beat The Death Riders to the ground…..
