It appears that even more cuts have been made by the WWE.
Joining Paul Ellering, The Authors of Pain, Sonya Deville, Blair Davenport and Cedric Alexander are Isla Dawn, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
It is unknown if Dawn’s partner Alba Fyre in The Unholy Union is still with the company or not.
The Unholy Union was featured on NXT television in January. They fought Meta Four to decide the number one contenders for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
During their time in NXT and the main roster Union won both the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
The former Bullet Club members Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were known in the WWE as The Good Brothers and part of the O.C. with AJ Styles and Michin.
Although won the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships twice, they mostly floated around being featured here and there with Styles.
The last match they wrestled for WWE was against Hank And Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) during an NXT dark match.
Giovanni Vinci, who was part of Imperium and was retooled as a solo act recently when the faction dumped him, was also sent on his way by WWE.
One of the prevailing trends of these releases is many of them were sent to work NXT before they were released.
Isla had this to say about her release:
