There is news of more TNA talent not renewing their contracts and leaving the company.
Trent Seven, who joined the promotion last year, is exiting TNA. Seven debuted at Final Resolution as Mike Bailey’s partner against The Rascalz. He later turned on Bailey and became a heel.
Jade Chung, the promotion’s ring announcer, also said her goodbyes at the tapings over the weekend signaling she is exiting the company. In 2023, Chung replaced David Penzer as TNA’s main ring announcer.
Chung is the wife of TNA’s Josh Alexander. His contract is expiring in early next year. Some believe that Alexander will be following his wife when his contract expires.
Chung used to be a wrestler and manager. She was also a fashion model. In the past she has managed Shane Douglas, A-1 and was a part of The Embassy in Ring of Honor. In RoH, she also managed Generation Next, which consisted of Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, Jack Evans, Matt Sydal and Roderick Strong.
Over the weekend, Rhino announced: “Tomorrow is my last day with TNA Wrestling. I am wrestling Ryan Nemeth. It will most likely be the last time EVER I will wrestle in a TNA ring. If you can make it to Center Stage in Atlanta, come and be part of this 5 year chapter of my life and our journey. Thank you to all of the amazing wrestling fans for your support. I’m not done wrestling but TNA and I have parted ways.”
