The vacated NJPW TWGP Tag Team Championships will be claimed at Wrestle Dynasty on January 5th.
The former champions The Great-O-Khan and Henare had to surrender the titles due to an injury to Henare’s right knee.
“O-Khan has insisted on accepting The Young Bucks’ challenge from earlier in the World Tag League tour and there will be a match to determine new IWGP Tag champions with Matthew and Nicholas Jackson facing O-Khan and a partner of his choosing at Wrestle Dynasty,” stated NJPW today.
