It was another double shot of Smackdown last night as the WWE air one episode live and taped another for next Friday. Here are the results:
Michin defeated Piper Niven and Lash Legend in a triple threat match in the WWE Women’s US Championship Tournament. Legend was replacing an injured Jade Cargill. Chelsea Green helped Niven blindside Michin after the match. B-Fab made the save.
Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Andrade. LA Knight tried to blindside Nakamura after the match but got mist sprayed in his eyes for his troubles.
Cody Rhodes defeated Carmelo Hayes.
Bianca Belair, Naomi, Bayley, Iyo Sky, and Rhea Ripley talked WarGames. They announced that Bayley was taking Cargill’s place. The opposing team of Liv Morgan, Nia Jax, Raquel Rodriguez, Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae interrupted and a brawl ensued.
Jacob Fatu beat Jey Uso in a match to determine which team had the advantage in the WarGames match at Survivor Series.
