Zack Sabre Jr. has taken over the lead in G1 Climax’s A Block after defeating Gabe Kidd and Evil losing to Shingo Takagi.
In his match with Kidd, Zack kicked out of Gabe’s running clothesline but barely had any energy to rise back to his feet.
“You are NOT winning this!” growled Gabe as he dragged Zach to his feet.
Gabe slapped Zach in the face twice. Zach fired back putting him in a sleeper hold bringing him to his knees. Gabe gave Zach a double one-finger salute as he rose back to his feet.
“I will NEVER tap. F–k you!” he shouted.
Zach wrapped his legs around Gabe’s arms bringing him to his knees once again. Finally on his back, Gabe passed out. Red Shoes called the match.
The House of Torture engaged in more of their shenanigans during Evil’s match versus Takagi. Takagi hit Made in Japan but Dick Togo rang the ring bell distracting the official, Red Shoes.
Yoshinobu Kanemaru shoved Shingo into Red Shoes taking him out. He then kicked Shingo in the head and knocked Bushi and Hiromu Takahashi off the apron.
Togo choked Shingo out with his garotte. Kanemaru clobbered Shingo with his whiskey bottle when Togo released him. Hiromu saved Shingo from a Magic Killer. Kanemaru accidentally spit his whiskey into Evil’s eyes instead of Shingo’s. Bushi spit his mist into Evil’s eyes. Shingo pinned Evil with a Pumping Bomber and Last of the Dragon.
