Britt Baker has been suspended and fined by AEW for a confrontation backstage with MJF and his girlfriend Alicia Atout. Atout works as a backstage interviewer for AEW.
Although she is in a prominent storyline with AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, Baker did not appear on AEW programming this week. The two are slated to battle at All In.
The Wrestling Observer reports that Baker was suspended “for either one or two weeks and fined by the company’s disciplinary committee.”
Word is that Baker made a comment about MJF in the women’s locker room. Atout overheard and told MJP which resulted in the confrontation. Will Ospreay apparently tried to be a mediator through the entire mess.
It is unknown what the argument was about or what was said between the two parties.
