The Shahid Khan owned Jacksonville Jaguars, of which Tony Khan holds an executive position, are being accused of their own “plane ride from hell”.

Two female flight attendants are suing suing NFL kicker Brandon McManus and the Jacksonville Jaguars for over a million dollars. They are accusing McManus of sexually assaulting them aboard a Jaguars flight. The flight was from the USA to London, England.

In the suit, the women claim the Jaguars did not provide a safe environment for in-flight staff when the flight turned into a huge party during which “players disregarded the flight attendants’ personal space, air travel safety and federal law.”

McManus is said to have offered $100 each to anyone who would dance for him.

The first woman claims that McManus tried to kiss her when she was strapped in for turbulence and twice grinded against later on during meal services.

The second woman accused McManus of also grinding up against her during a meal service as well. When McManus was confronted about his behaviour she states that he just laughed.

The filing states that the “Jaguars committed gross negligence by failing to properly hire McManus, train him about inappropriate and sexual contact with flight staff, supervise him on the flight, adopt policies and procedures to protect flight staff from sexual misconduct by its employees, and enforcing a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior.”

The team itself released this statement saying: “Earlier today, we were made aware of the civil lawsuit filed on May 24 against Brandon McManus. We take allegations of this nature very seriously and are looking into the matter. We have been in communication with the League Office and Brandon’s representation, and will reserve further comment at this time.”
