WWE is making post-WrestleMania roster cuts.

Gone from the company today are:

Jinder Mahal: The Canadian grappler joined WWE in 2011 as being married to the Great Khali’s sister in an angle. He would become a member of 3Mb with Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater. He would leave WWE in 2014 and return in 2016. In 2017, he would beat Randy Orton to become the WWE Champion. That would be the pinnacle of Mahal’s rise in WWE. After that, he would lose the title to AJ Styles and be used here and there, off and on as the manager of  Indus Sher.

Mahal posted this on his X account today but word is he was let go:

He also changed his profile to say: “Free Agent – 90 Days.”

Xia Li: After debuting in the Mae Young Classic she joined the NXT roster in 2019. She would appear in a number of Women’s Royal Rumbles and join the short-lived Tian Sha faction in NXT. In 2012 she was drafted to the Smackdown brand and later to Raw. She would bounced around making sporadic appearances before she was let go.

Li posted a thankful goodbye message on X thanking the WWE and HHH. “This is not the end but a new beginning,” she wrote.

Xyon Quinn: The former rugby player signed a developmental contract with WWE 2018. He had a feud with Robert Stone and some others in NXT. He was a free agent in 2023 draft but never landed on a brand or was put to use in any meaningful angles.
