The Real American was a real hero over the weekend reports TMZ.
Hogan was driving in Clearwater, Florida, accompanied by his wife and a friend when they spotted an accident.
It is reported that in trying to reach an exit one car clipped another sending it end over end.
Hogan and the friend, a U.S. marine named Jake, pulled over and rushed to the accident scene.
Using tools Hogan brought with him Jake popped the airbag and he, Hogan lifted a 17-year-old girl out of the car.
All the time Hogan was wearing an nWo shirt.
Sources say the accident victim will be okay and is just “rattled” after the whole experience.
There is no word if there are any charges pending.
