Warning: This story contains strong language
Whether heel or face Ric Flair has been that “stylin’, profilin’, limousine riding, jet flying, kiss-stealing, wheelin’ n’ dealin’ son of a gun” throughout his entire career.
The womanizing persona is as much of Flair’s identity as his famous strut, expensive suits and extravagant robes.
Flair though triggered some AEW fans with his promo on the upcoming episode of AEW Rampage that was taped after Dynamite this week. Sting and Flair made a special appearance cutting a long promo before the crowd. During it, Flair invited the women in the audience aged 18 to 28 to join him in his hotel room.
Some fans didn’t appreciate the remark and expressed their distain:
there are many, many things that make ric flair a terrible human being and most of them involve sexual assault and racism. some examples are the plane ride from hell and calling teddy long slurs

Ric Flair is complaining online, that ppl think it’s creepy, a 75 year old man is inviting women’ ages 18-28 to his hotel room
. .Then u have Chris Jericho in the comment section rooting him on, as if Ric isn’t embarrassing himself or aew
Do they not see how this is a bad look

let me put it in a language you can easily understand. You Ric Flair Are 74 And Saying As A 74 Year Old You Want To Get With Anyone Under 40 Is Wrong. Especially 18 Year Olds Brother. https://t.co/6bNbZYvRkG

I'm pretty sure everything Ric Flair has said in the past 74 years shows that he absolutely will not walk away to avoid embarrassment, but we can hope.

Other fans quickly came to The Nature Boy’s defense:
Nah Screw that. Your Ric fkn Flair.
The ones that are complaining about whatever it is they complain about are in the minority. It's awesome seeing Sting and Ric Flair again.— (C.M.)Funk(er) (@Holden00011) December 1, 2023
This one might piss some people off, but it needs to be said because it’s the truth.
The whole ordeal with people getting pissy over Ric Flair’s line people women meeting him at the hotel bar is fucking stupid. Ric Flair is a CHARACTER on a WRESTLING SHOW.
Nobody is…

I am a fan from back in the 70s and Ric Flair you can do whatever the hell he wants, who gives a damn what anybody thinks, Yes you have earned the right to do whatever you want and no one should question it, keep living your best life Sir and Ty for years and years of memories.

I think #RicFlair has earned the right to do whatever he wants in the world of professional Wrestling and if you don't want to see him just turn the T.V. and watch something else because he's the G.O.A.T. pic.twitter.com/VSSSAQWmHQ
