MLW Fusion: Kane and Mack gain success in their matches as motivation for Fury Road

Hey, I’m back! Miss me?

While Willie Mack opens this evening’s fights with an interview backstage, he informs the audience that he is worthy of a World Championship match against Kane regardless of his comments saying otherwise.

As if on cue, Kane comes out from behind Mack with aggression in his stance saying that Willie is worthless and unworthy as well as a “b*tch ass hoe.” I contained my laughter, of course, but not my shock as Willie jumps Kane.

Alex Kane vs. Delirious

As the lights continue to flicker in our faces, Kane doesn’t see Delirious lunge at him until he was inches away from his body. Kane dodges a few of Delirious’ incoming attacks like some crazed fan trying to grip their idol by the throat. Ha!

Kane retaliates by placing Delirious into a brief headlock followed by a shoulder tackle.

Delirious dodges Kane’s fast approaching attack, then proceeds to kick him in the lower abdomen in the corner of the ring. I know for a fact I wouldn’t want Delirious’ foot slapping me in the face like it did Kane. Ouch and gross, no thank you.

Kane shoots a jab at Delirious’ throat then delivers a back suplex to his opponent. He even went as far to attempt at removing Delirious’ mask, but he remains unsuccessful.

Kane looks to deliver a suplex. yet Delirious turns it around on him with one of his own. He surprises me with five leg drops on Kane inside the ring.

The air rushes out of Kane when Delirious delivers the Panic Attack to him while he sat in the corner of the stage. Kane looks like he’s been drinking with his eyes rolling back like that. Ha!

Delirious almost picks up the win when he performs the Shadows Over Hell move, very closely putting Kane out. Alas, the World champ remains in the game as he shoves his opponent aside.

Rarely do you see Kane laid out the way he’s been throughout this match. A sight to behold. Ha!

Kane turns things in his favor with a release suplex to Delirious for the victory as the audience boos him in Tijuana.

Winner: Alex Kane

September 3rd, Cardona versus Warner can’t come soon enough. I’ve never heard of a Kiss My Foot match, but it sounds both odd and new. Cardona guarantees that he won’t be kissing Warner’s foot because he’s a refined athlete.

And speaking of talents, Willie Mack didn’t have the brightest upbringing given the concerning childhood he had which includes his house going up in flames. Regardless of that, he was encouraged to pursuit his dream in becoming a wrestler.

Round six of the 2023 Draft welcomes IchiBan, hailing from the best dojo in Japan.

Genio Del Aire, Dinamico & Skalibur vs. Willie Mack, Jack Cartwheel & Myzteziz Jr. – Trios match

As soon as the bell rings, the brawl starts. Unfortunately for Dinamico, he misses wildly with a drop kick to Willie Mack. Ha! It was hilarious to see Mack effortlessly dodge the attack like it was some insignificant bug.

And as if things couldn’t get any more strange, Willie flips over and starts twerking on the mat floor. What….? Dinamico was just as confuse as me as he backs away into his corner along with Skalibur and Genio Del Aire.

Maybe this is the reason why Kane believes that Mack doesn’t deserve a title shot, but I don’t think that’s enough to block him from trying anyway.

Mack has been dancing all throughout the commercial break. I came here to watch fisticuffs, you know? It felt like they were just as tired as I was, so the opposing team pounces on Mack to stop. Myzteziz and Cartwheel do try to help their teammate, but they get swiftly taken out.

Cartwheel did gain some momentum against his opponents, but that high flying move he almost landed was caught, and he falls on his ass again.

By the way, I don’t know what the hell is going on, but John Hennigan was getting kidnapped backstage by men in black masks. It didn’t seem familiar to Cesar Duran’s kidnapping, but who cares? A whole person was taken.

Gasp!… I wonder if Taya Valkyrie knows.

Anyway, back to the show. Ha! Junior had the upper hand for a bit against his challengers, but once Dinamico performs a beautiful tornado Cutter, that was it for Myzteziz.

It’s undeniable when Jack Cartwheel comes back into play. His gymnastic background makes this sport look even better than it was years ago when I first started watching.

The worst thing during this match was that every time Mack, Cartwheel and Junior gained momentum, it was quickly shoved into the garbage.

Luckily, at some point the match turns in Willie’s team’s favor. They had the opposition running for once in this fight. Dinamico was always on the receiving end of harsh blows compared to his teammates. Conspiracy?

After all the guns being pointed at Mack’s team for so long, it finally aims in the other direction. Jack Cartwheel hits the Jack Arrow for a smooth win.

Things were going so well, but a premeditated assault on Lance Anoa’i while they locked Juicy Finau indoors has occurred at the hands of The Calling. What a way to end the night…

Winners: Willie Mack, Jack Cartwheel & Myzteziz Jr.
