Ric Flair says wrestling wives reality show could be coming

Look out Housewives. The Wrestling Wives could be moving in.

On his To Be The Man podcast, Ric Flair revealed the news that Netflix and Fox have been approached to produce a reality show starring famous wrestling wives.

Flair revealed that his own wife Wendy Barlow, Catalina White (wife of Jake Hager), Giovanna Yannotti (wife of Kurt Angle) and Kimberly Kessler (wife of Randy Orton) have already filmed a media or sizzle reel for perspective buyers, producers.

“I don’t think Karen [Jarrett] is in it. I’m not sure. Karen would be great at it, though,” he said.

Giovanna and Kimberly already work together on the successful Wives of Wrestling YouTube show.

The two also appeared with Reby Hardy on an episode of Table for 3 on the WWE Network.

In 2011, it was reported that the producers of Pit Boss were interested in filming a reality show surrounding Booker T’s wrestling school and how his wife Sharmell Sullivan-Huffman assists him in running it. The show was also to include Stacy Carter (Jerry Lawler’s ex-wife) and Jackie Haas (Charlie Haas’ wife). The series never made it to the production stage.
