A major change has been announced for this weekend’s SummerSlam card.
The match between Riddle and Seth Rollins has been cancelled as per the announcement on the WWE’s The Bump YouTube show.
The WWE is saying the match was pulled due to Riddle suffering an injury on Raw but apparently that isn’t the truth and Riddle isn’t hurt in any way.
BREAKING: @WWERollins injured @SuperKingofBros with a vicious attack on #WWERaw that resulted in a brachial plexus injury (a stinger). Riddle is medically disqualified until full strength returns.

Fightful Select reports that the match will happen at Clash at the Castle and was moved due to ‘creative adjustments’. The decision was made before Raw this week and that both Riddle and Rollins were aware of the change then.
Rollins issued this statement on Twitter:
For anyone who purchased a ticket to #SummerSlam hoping to see me in action, I apologize. I did everything I could over the last 6 months to earn my spot on this show, but some things are out of my control. Thank you for always singing my song. They’ll hear ya someday.
