The pandemic has hit home for The Rock and AJ Styles who both revealed on social media that they and their families contracted the virus.

“My wife and Lauren and my two baby girls and myself, we have all tested positive for COVID-19. I can tell you this has been one of the most challenging and difficult things we have ever had to endure as a family,” said The Rock in a video on his Instagram account.

The Rock called the situation a “real kick in the gut” and that it was one of the worst things he has ever gone through especially as a father.

The Rock explained that his family has all recovered and are no longer contagious.

“We have gotten though COVID-19 stronger and healthier. Believe me, I am counting my blessings,” he said.

The Rock also advised people around the world to boost their immune systems, wear a mask and for them to protect their families.

Following The Rock’s announcement, AJ Style revealed his diagnosis on his Twitch stream.

“I also tested positive a couple of weeks ago, probably almost a month ago. I feel for people who have to deal with this but I didn’t have that many problems with it,” said Styles before wishing The Rock and his family well, as well as anyone who is fighting through the pandemic.

Kevin Nash has also revealed that he and his family have also tested positive in response to The Rocks’ posting. They are still battling the virus.

“Welcome to the team. Very sorry you’re family is infected. I was tired for a while didn’t train for the 4th day. My wife still hasn’t got smell or tastes back. Son was asymptomatic. Pray you heal up quickly. Thank you for making people realize it’s real,” Nash tweeted.
