Florida’s reopening could see fans return to wrestling broadcasts

Things are about to change in a major way for wrestling promotions in the state of Florida.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has announced that the state will be initiating the second phase of its reopening plan which includes lifting restrictions on bars, restaurants, etc.

Movie theaters, concert halls, playhouses and auditoriums will be able to operate at 50 percent capacity.

This second phase begins on Friday.

The WWE has been filming all of its events and television shows from their Performance Center in Orlando and AEW has been shooting in Daily’s Place in Jacksonville.

On Wednesday, Florida recorded 1,300 new coronavirus cases. Florida now has 58,764 cases in total.
